Here are the steps you’ll need to make a custom HoneyBook proposal for a client:

Step 1 - Go to HoneyBook.com and click on Tools

Step 2 - Click on Template Gallery

You can get lost here, there are so many attractive and high-quality templates to choose from. If it’s too overwhelming, and you don’t know where to start, try using their Builder Assistant, over on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 3 - Choose the template you want and the industry you’re in

Step 4 - Choose a customizable template

Scroll through the options listed and find one that best fits your brand.

Step 5 - Edit the template to match your brand

You’ll want to make sure that the template has all the steps you need to create your template. For instance, you might need the following:

  1. Introduction

  2. Proposal

  3. Invoice

  4. Contract

  5. Payment

  6. Next Steps

  7. Other

Putting these steps in place now will automate the process for you in the future.
