How I Structure My Social Media Management Packages for Clients

I am really super excited to answer this question so many people have been asking me:

Can you please give us an idea of good social media packages? How do you hit $10k monthly?

The first thing you should know is

This is not an immediate thing.

It's not a get-rich-quick scheme.

I've been building this business for over a year and a half now, so I am able to earn upwards of

$20,000 to $25,000 each month

but I obviously didn’t start out that way.

So, if you're starting out, think about a couple of things that will be a part of your packages to get the best bang for your buck and your clients’.

What do I include in a social media management plan for a client?

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Will you be creating video content for them, i.e., reels, TikToks, lifestyle, UGC?

  • Will you be creating and publishing daily stories for them?

  • As it relates to daily stories, will you also be doing engaging story series or just one-and-done graphics?

  • Will you be creating a hashtag strategy for them and doing hashtag research with their competitors?

  • Do you need copyrighting skills to make the best high-converting captions?

  • Will you be scheduling their posts using their scheduling platform, or more importantly, will you manually have to post them daily for them?

  • On top of this, how many times per week and what types of posts every week will you be responsible for creating and publishing?

  • Will you work with UGC creators or influencers to push the brand further to help them reach their monthly goals?

It’s important to understand that every single different task in this list of questions is really only the tip of the iceberg as it relates to what’s needed for effective social media management.

So if you're currently offering those things in a package to someone for less than $1,500, you are doing it wrong, my friend.

I suggest you take all of those things we just laid out and begin splitting them into tiers based on your comfort level.

Tier 1 could be:

  • 3 posts per week

  • 2 reels per month

  • 5 stories per month

In Tier 1, you will also create captions, but

DON’T – do a hashtag strategy

DON’T – work with UGC or influencers

DON’T – publish their content

Moving into more areas where you can gain more comfort once you get going,

Tier 2 could be:

  • 5 posts per month

  • 1 reel per week

  • 2 stories per week

  • Plus scheduling, hashtags, captions, all that jazz, but still

DON’T – work with UGC or influencers

DON’T – publish their content

And be sure that the content frequency is minimum.

Tier 3 is where the good stuff happens.

You could charge upwards of $2500-3000 for:

  • A post every single day

  • Multiple reels a week

  • Daily engaging stories

  • Working with UGC creators and influencers

  • Creating captions for and scheduling out all content

This is an example of my highest tier, where I charge no less than $2500 per client. You all are good at math, so you know that $2500 x 4 is

$10k PER MONTH
